Preparing for Surgery
To expedite your check-in process, our staff will work with your surgeon’s office to get you pre-registered prior to your procedure date. If we have any questions, the Pre-Registration Department will contact you prior to your date of surgery.
It is important for you to follow the guidelines before your surgery to prevent any delay or cancellations.
